Rolling

Rolling is the fastest method of capsize recovery. It is a graceful combination of balance, timing, agility, flexibility and strength. Learning to roll  builds confidence, empowering paddlers to play in the 'grey zone' between upright and upside-down.  This lesson is tailored to each participant, and is suitable for those attempting to roll for the first time or for those working to develop a reliable roll.  Comfort with wet-exits is a pre-requisite.
